Zine Dream and Launch Sunday, July 21st

BlackFlash is thrilled to be participating in Zine Dream 2019! Zine Dream is a free annual small press art fair that features over 100 artists, publishers, makers and zinesters. We will be launching our new issue, 36.2, which features Michèle Pearson Clarke, Thelma Pepper, Joi T. Arcand, and writing by Letticia Cosbert, Maeve Hanna, Quill Christie-Peters, Yam Lau and Cheryl L’Hirondelle. BlackFlash will also be selling back issues, special subscriptions, and photographic prints from our Editions program.

For Zine Dream, MOCA resident Art Metropole will exhibit their back catalogue of zines, featuring work by local and international artists collected by the organization over their 45 year history. This extensive zine library will be available to browse and buy at Art Metropole’s storefront space on the ground floor of the MOCA all weekend long.
